On the 6 - 7 June 2026, I am taking on the Cateran Yomp. A 54-mile hike in 24 hours across rural Perthshire.

It’s going to be tough but it will raise vital funds for the Army Benevolent Fund, providing a lifetime of support to soldiers, veterans and their immediate families.

Cateran Yomp 2026 - James Thompson

On the 6 - 7th June, myself and a group of cadets will be taking on the Silver stage of the Cateran Yomp in aid of the Army Benevolent Fund. A 54 mile hike across the Scottish Highlands.

By raising donations, it will grant fundamental support and aid to active servicemen, veterans and their families. A donation would make a ton of difference to the lives of so many people.
