9th walk out
Managed to get 15 miles done today, weather was spot on. Now back to work 😀

A short stroll out today around home.

In Anglesey at the moment with some time off work, so smashed out a few miles today up the coastal path.

Back at it today, 11 miles again but much more comfortable.
4th walk
Could not get a walk in last week, so push on a little further today. 11 miles. Feeling good 👍

Short one today after work, went steady as I have discovered a couple of my toe nails dont like it, 🫣
