32 Sig Regt Relay A

The Cateran Yomp 2026

What a year to Yomp!

This year will see our Regiment’s continued and relentless support to this amazing event. As serving Reservists we value the opportunity to take part, to socialise with veterans from across the globe and to promote the values of the British Army but above all to raise money for our friends and families who need our help the most.

This year is significant for us because it will be our largest contingent of competitors - 32 Yompers across three teams. Considering we only had 8 taking on the course 4 years ago, this increased commitment is impressive. Testament to the character and determination of our people; always striving to be the best version of ourselves and willing to face challenge head on. We value the work being undertaken by the ABF and will continue to contribute wherever and whenever we can.

This year over the weekend of 6 - 7 June, we are taking on the Cateran Yomp once again. A 54-mile hike in 24 hours across rural Perthshire. We will also administer WS7 at Drimmie Wood - be sure to prepare yourself for a warm welcome and much needed boost of encouragement at this, the final stop before the finish line.

This Yomp isn’t easy; it will be tough but it will raise vital funds for the Army Benevolent Fund, providing a lifetime of support to soldiers, veterans and their immediate families.

Please give generously and support your loved ones as they train in readiness to take on the Yomp 2026!

Thank you for your continued support.
