The Frontline Walk 2026: The Western Front

I'm taking part in the Frontline Walk: The Western Front. I'll be trekking 100km following in the footsteps of those who fought on the Somme and Passchendaele battlefields during the First World War

I'll be doing this to commemorate the sacrifices made by those who fought in WWI whilst helping to support the soldiers and veterans of today.

It will be a physically and emotionally tough challenge, but I'm doing it all for a great cause: Army Benevolent Fund, the National Charity of the British Army. They support soldiers, veterans and their families when they need it most.

Please cheer me on by making a donation towards my target.

My Updates

Good Suuport for Veterans, Soldiers and their Families is why we raise money.

So why do I raise money......there is a big part of me that can never repay for the lives lost and the horrendous hardships and life changing injuries that sodiers expereienced in WW1 and WW2, or that their own families were often left dealing with the aftermath without help. The ABF was started to support those people.
As the mother of a serving sodier I know only too well that war, it's physical and psychological impact is not something that only sits in history.
So I walk.... Operation Bletchley virtual walks, The Frontline Normandy Beaches and now I am about to embark on the Front Line Western Front Walk in October.

Asking for money is never easy, but every small donation counts towards significant projects supporting people.

I am running a raffle to give the chance to people who support me to win something in return.

The Draw will take place on September 1st 2026.
Tickets are £2 each or 3 for £5
When you donate please leave your name and quote raffle.
