Cateran Yomp Training Plans
Two personal trainers have come together to create you a plan to get you fully Yomp ready. The best thing? They've both done gold at the Yomp, and know exactly what you need to do to prepare!
The first plan is by Tom Cuff-Burnett and covers the 9-3 months before the Yomp, which you can pick up at any point and will get you ready to hit the full training programme at full speed. You can do this as one big workout a week, or split it into three.
The second plan is by Yolanda Gratton, and is a more intense 12 week programme which will get you ready to cross the start line and know you've got the best chance of getting round in the best tie possible.
