I am once again going to raise money for the ABF by doing the Cateran Yomp on the 7 - 8 June 2025,
This they say is a 54-mile hike in 24 hours across rural Perthshire actually a little longer but what's a few miles after that distance.
It will once again play havoc with my body but then again that is a small price to pay for the support we can give to those and their families that have given so much. I know what it can be like as its been a rough 2 years for me but I am one of the lucky ones with friends and family around me to get me through some dark day. So raising money for the Army Benevolent Fund, who are providing a lifetime of support to soldiers, veterans and their immediate families. It is a small part for me to take a little punishment over the 24hrs
