On the 7 - 8 June 2025, I am taking on the Cateran Yomp. A 54-mile hike in 24 hours across rural Perthshire.

It’s going to be tough but it will raise vital funds for the Army Benevolent Fund, providing a lifetime of support to soldiers, veterans and their immediate families.

My Updates

1/2 Distance Training Walk Completed!

We have been a little complacent with the training this time around having taken on the Yomp (and completed it!) previously. However we though we should do a 1/2 distance test just to see if our ageing legs would cope. I'm glad to say we got round fine and even managed time for a quick stop at the pub on the way, sadly none of those on the Yomp!
