Sam is running the London marathon 2026 !
I would be so grateful if you could spare anything to sponsor me as I run in support of the ABF. It's been quite a journey to get to this stage and although I'm excited it's going to be my biggest challenge yet!
I've created this page to make a difference to the lives of soldiers, veterans and their families.
After working with veterans for the last four years, I have gained an insight into their challenges and how people like me, who didn't serve, can help and work as a team. Dave Watson who works with me at BEE Ethical Active is one of the many inspirational figures I have had the pleasure, honour and admiration to have spoken to regarding this purpose.
I'm inspired by the work of the Army Benevolent Fund and wanted to support them by raising money as part of my participation in 2026 TCS London Marathon. The ABF is the Army's national charity, supporting individuals and families as well as other leading charities to ensure help is there for soldiers, for life. Last year, they supported individuals aged from just 1 day old to 104 years old. You can read more of their stories here.
