I've created this page because I want to make a difference. I'm inspired by the work of The Army Benevolent Fund and wanted to support them by raising money as part of my participation in 2025 TCS London Marathon. My Updates
Week 6
Up to 16 miles and feeling really good. Pencilled in the Leicestershire Half Marathon in late Feb which will be a perfect way to gauge where I'm at half way through the training block.
Week 5
Into week 5 of the training block now and currently ticking the long Sunday runs over around 21km at 5mins per kilometre. Enjoying every minute ans feeling stronger with every session
Training has begun.
Having already signed up to do the Leicester Half Marathon I'm already getting some solid sessions under my belt. As this comes in mid-October it should provide a great half way point to see where I am. Then tick over to the new year to maintain my fitness before getting into a dedicated training plan for the London Marathon.Thank you to my Sponsors
