I'm taking part in the Frontline Walk: The Borneo Jungle. I'll be tracing the steps of the Prisioners of War who were forced to endure the Death March from the Sandakan PoW camp to Jessleton. The trek includes Mount Trusmadi, Borneo’s second-highest and most challenging peak.
It will be a physically and emotionally tough challenge, but I'm doing it all for a great cause: Army Benevolent Fund, the National Charity of the British Army. They support soldiers, veterans and their families when they need it most.
Please cheer me on by making a donation towards my target.

A journey of discovery
Throughout my life i have heard so many stories of the jungles of Borneo, especially Sarawak as my stepfather of 40 years was sent 12 times during the period of 1955 - 66, latterly on active service during the 'Borneo confrontation' during his long 38-year career within the royal signals.Thank you to my Sponsors
