In memory of Garys Dad - Gordon Wright
I'm taking part in the Frontline Walk: Crete-Sea to Summit. I'll be trekking Lefka Ori mountain range in Crete with Kouloule peak and walking through Samaria Gorge.
I want to learn about the sacrifices and bravery these individuals made during Operation Mercury, whilst helping to support the soldiers and veterans of today.
It will be a physically and emotional challenge, but I'm doing it all for a great cause: The Army Benevolent Fund. They support soldiers, veterans and their families when they need it most.
