Experience a unique day at Altcar Training Camp and gain an insight into life on one of the UK's premier military training facilities.

Guests will take part in a simulated live range experience and archery session, testing their aim under expert supervision. Between activities, enjoy a guided tour of the camp, exploring the extensive training areas, viewing the firing ranges, and learning about the military training conducted across the site.

A traditional Range Stew lunch will be served during the day, offering an authentic taste of military camp life.

Situated just north of Liverpool, Altcar Training Camp is one of the largest military training facilities in the North West. Spanning over 620 acres of ranges, training areas, beaches and sand dunes, the camp is used by Regular Army, Reserve, Cadet and civilian groups throughout the year.
