Event Waiver
Please carefully read the waiver and make sure you are aware the registration fee is non-refundable.
Waiver of liability for the Army Benevolent Fund, My Frontline Walk event.
Please read this document carefully before agreeing to the waiver.
Risks
I acknowledge that by taking part in the event, My Frontline Walk, I agree to take full responsibility for myself and my health.
I agree that the Army Benevolent Fund is not liable for any injury or damage caused by taking part in My Frontline Walk.
I certify that I am physically fit, will sufficiently train and prepare for My Frontline Walk and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person or other healthcare provider. I have no physical or medical condition that would endanger myself or others if I participate in this event or would interfere with my ability to safely participate in the My Frontline Walk.
I hereby assume all of the risks of participating in My Frontline Walk.
Media
I also understand that any Photos, Blog or Facebook posts that I post online, either on the online event area provided by the Army Benevolent Fund or on the official Frontline Walk Facebook Group or other Facebook Groups and/or Facebook Pages run by the Army Benevolent Fund will be posted in the public domain, and so will be able for public consumption on the internet and may appear in search engine results.
Anything I post will be at my own risk and the Army Benevolent Fund will not be responsible for any content posted or the dissemination of said content, other than via official Charity Channels.
Communications & Data
I understand and agree that by submitting an online registration to participate in this event, I am consenting to receive email and postal communications from the Army Benevolent Fund regarding the My Frontline Walk. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure emails regarding my participation in My Frontline Walk, sent by the Army Benevolent Fund and/or event organisers (including but not limited to email receipts, tickets and advanced notices) are received by me, and are not redirected to Spam or Junk folders or sent to email addresses I do not have access to.
I acknowledge that my data will only be used for marketing purposes, including but not limited to electronic marketing, if I provide specific consent for this during the registration process.
I understand that I may unsubscribe from any marketing lists I do opt in to receiving at any time, either by using the link provided in e-mails or using any of the below methods.

I am aware that the Army Benevolent Fund will never sell or otherwise distribute my details to any third party, without seeking express permission from myself.
Registration fee, Fundraising & Withdrawals
I confirm that I am aware that the registration fee is non-refundable but can be transferred to another person at the sole discretion of the Army Benevolent Fund.
I am aware that fundraising is optional, and not a condition of participation but any funds I do raise will be exclusively for the benefit of the Army Benevolent Fund and if collected anywhere other than the official Charity fundraising page will be transferred to the Army Benevolent Fund at the earliest opportunity.
I am aware that individual donors are entitled to a refund if they directly provide a written request to the Army Benevolent Fund. Any resulting refunds of fundraising will only be made directly to the donors themselves, usually via the original payment method.
Incentives, medals & postage costs
I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to provide an accurate postal address for the Army Benevolent Fund to use in respect of posting any Items, including but not limited to fundraising incentives, medals, certificate or others as required for the My Frontline Walk.
I understand that the Army Benevolent Fund will cover the initial postage costs. If any Items arrive damaged or missing from the envelope the Army Benevolent Fund will replace the Item in question.
If the Item is not able to be delivered due to any error which I, the Participant, have made, including but not limited to, providing an incorrect or incomplete postal address during registration, I accept that I will be required to cover the cost of re-posting the Item. I understand that the Army Benevolent Fund will only use the address given during registration and will not cross reference against past interactions I have had with the Army Benevolent Fund.
I understand that any costs of re-postage will be clearly communicated and will include, but not limited to the cost of postage via Royal Mail, envelope and printing costs. I acknowledge I will be given the opportunity to refuse re-postage.
