General Disclaimer
- By signing up to the Medicine Ball Challenge, participants agree to be attached to the medicine ball using the chain and handcuff provided for 7 days. Participants are advised to remove the medicine ball when driving, sleeping and showering. Participants are advised to remove the medicine ball when completing any other tasks where the medicine ball could be a hazard.
- By signing up to the Medicine Ball Challenge, participants agree to be responsible for the keys for the handcuffs and to notify MBC HQ immediately if a key is misplaced.
- When registering, participants have an individual fundraising page created for them. There is no minimum sponsorship for the Medicine Ball Challenge but participants are asked to raise what they can. All funds raised will be split evenly between the Army Benevolent Fund and Combat Stress.

I understand and agree that by submitting an online registration to participate in this event, I am consenting to receive email and postal communications from the Army Benevolent Fund regarding The Medicine Ball Challenge. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure emails regarding my participation in the event sent by the Army Benevolent Fund and/or event organisers (including but not limited to email receipts, tickets and advanced notices) are received by me, and are not redirected to Spam or Junk folders or sent to email addresses I do not have access to.
I understand and acknowledge that your data will be shared between ABF The Soldiers' Charity for the purposes of fulfillment of the event, or to comply with legislation from the HMRC. At all times it will comply with the Data Protection Act 2018.
I acknowledge that my data will only be used for marketing purposes by either the Army Benevolent Fund or Combat Stress, including but not limited to electronic marketing, if I provide specific consent for either Charity during the registration process. I understand that I may unsubscribe from any marketing lists I do opt in to receiving at any time, either by using the link provided in e-mails or by calling the Army Benevolent Fund or Combat Stress at any time.
I am aware that the Army Benevolent Fund and Combat Stress will never sell or otherwise distribute my details to any third party, except in regards to providing health and safety data to the event organisers for use in that respect only.

Combat Stress
You can at any time withdraw your consent for us to further process your data if your consent was asked for. You can do this by contacting us via email, telephone, post or if you meet with us face to face. We will confirm in writing any request for withdrawal of consent.
