This year, I’m taking on the Great North Run not just as a personal challenge, but for a purpose close to my heart.
I’m running in support of the Army Benevolent Fund (ABF)– the British Army’s national charity – to raise vital funds for soldiers, veterans, and their families. But this isn’t just about physical support. I’m also raising awareness for something we don’t talk about enough men’s mental health in the army.
Behind every brave face in uniform is a human being carrying the weight of real emotions, trauma, and struggles. Too many suffer in silence. It’s time we changed that.
👉 If you can spare anything, please consider donating. Every pound helps.
👉 If you can’t donate, a share or word of encouragement goes a long way too.
Let’s support those who serve us – mind, body, and soul. 💪🧠❤️
