I am taking part in the Great North Run - the World's greatest half-marathon! I am running to support the Army Benevelent Fund, so that they can continue to support soldiers, veterans, and their immediate families, in times of genuine need. I’m raising money for the Army Benevolent Fundbecause the armed forces are a huge part of my family’s life and have been from such a young age. My dad has just finished a 30+ year career serving and my younger brother has joined recently.
I’ve seen the commitment, sacrifice, and resilience that service life demands — not just from those who serve, but from their families too.
The Army Benevolent Fund provides vital support to soldiers, veterans, and their families when they face hardship, injury, or challenges. By donating, you’re helping to make sure they’re never left to struggle alone.
