My why
I AM RUNNING THE LONDON MARATHON - EEEK!!
Having grown up in a military family, I have seen the support the Army Benevolent Fund brings to service people and their families after operations and beyond, helping the visible and the hidden struggles. From helping wounded soldiers adapt to life after service, to assisting elderly veterans to keep their independence, they support the Army family when they need it most, offering support in a multitude of areas.
I want to make a difference having been inspired by the work the Army Benevolent Fund do and now have the honour of running the London Marathon in 2025 for them, raising as much as I can for this wonderful charity. Any donation, big or small, goes a long way and will motivate me to keep training and plodding the pavements of London!
