I've created this page because I want to make a difference. I'm inspired by the work of The Army Benevolent Fund and wanted to support them by raising money as part of my participation in 2025 TCS London Marathon. Why I Run
After serving in the Army, I found it difficult to adjust back to the civilian world. This was compounded by PTSD from serving in Iraq for 15 months. But then I found running and it created a structure and healthy coping mechanism for me to get better. Never would I have thought I would run a marathon for fun, but London will be my 12th and I am excited to see what I can do.Thank you to my Sponsors
