I’m proud to say that I’ll be taking part in this year’s Cardiff Half Marathon in support of the Army Benevolent Fund.

The Army Benevolent Fund does incredible work supporting soldiers, veterans, and their families when they need it most, and I’m hoping to do my part by raising £300 for this amazing charity.
