Fundraising for the ABF
Hi Everyone
Please help me support the Army Benevolent Fund.
While serving with the Household Cavalry, I’ve seen firsthand the sacrifice and dedication of our servicemen and women. That’s why I’m running the London Marathon to raise vital funds for the Army Benevolent Fund (ABF) – the Army’s national charity.
ABF provides lifelong support to soldiers, veterans, and their families, ensuring they receive housing, financial aid, rehabilitation, and mental health support when they need it most. Last year alone, over 75,000 people in the Army family benefited from their work.
Your donation can make a real impact – from helping a wounded veteran regain independence to supporting a military family in crisis. Every contribution, big or small, brings hope and support to those who have given so much for our country.

7 Weeks to go
Time marches on and we're now 7 weeks away. My runner top and an epic care package have arrived from the ABF team.So far I've built up to a half marathon, which felt great. Now the challenge comes to push well beyond the 13 mile point and prepare for the full distance. So long sessions ahead!
