Francesca Runs London Marathon 2025!
London has always been a bucket list target for me - I have always said I will do one marathon at some point in my life and it will only be London. Fast forward to today and not only do I have the opportunity to run but also to raise money for the ABF a charity close to my family's heart.
Will the training be fun, absolutely not and there will no doubt be times I will regret my choice to do this marathon but knowing I am doing it to benefit so many other people will make it so much more worthwhile.
I have many fundraising ideas in the pipeline for the coming months but any donation I shall be eternally grateful.
For every £5 donation I will let you pick a song (any song that appears on Spotify) to my running playlist
For every £20 donation I will carry your name around the route with me just to say you were with me along the whole route.
For any £50 donations I will dedicate one of the 26 miles along the route to you / or someone of your choosing and have those names printed somewhere on my kit (precise location to be decided once I know what kit I will wear)
I've created this page because I want to make a difference. I'm inspired by the work of The Army Benevolent Fund and wanted to support them by raising money as part of my participation in 2025 TCS London Marathon. Please help me help them by giving whatever you can using the 'donate' button. The more people that know about ABF, the greater their impact, so please also spread the word by sharing my page with your friends and family.
