I've created this page because I want to make a difference. I'm inspired by the work of The Army Benevolent Fund and wanted to support them by raising money as part of my participation in 2025 TCS London Marathon. Hello and welcome to my page for the TCS london marathon '25After a well earned summer leave I hit the ground running (litterally) I completed my first long distance run that wasnt an event last sunday (22nd) with a slow and steady half marathon. It was good to know that I still can go the distance without needing gels or a crowd cheering. I also completed my my pre marathon training plan which is due to end on the 30th December with a weeks rest before I start the marathon plan ill be creating.
These next few months will be busy with a few excersises here a there through november so its vital that when I can, Ill get some training done. To test myself at the end of the block in december Ill be the running the staplehurst EOY10 and plan to achieve the goal of 01:08 which is a pace of 06.30 min/mile.
I plan to have bake sales and raffles to help my fundraising so I can achieve the goal of £2000.
Well thats septembers update. Ill see you again end of november.

I have been fortunate enough to be able to have a place in the 2025 TCS London Marathon. I have a minimum target of £2000. The ABF (Armed forces benevolent fund) is a very important charity from helpling the recently bereaved familys to helping families through tough situations by funding them.
