London marathon 2027 for ABF
I've created this page to make a difference in the lives of soldiers, veterans and their families.
I'm proud to be running the London Marathon to raise money and awareness for the Army Benevolent Fund, the Army's national charity. As many of you will know this has been a dream of mine for many years now!!!
As the wife of a serving Army officer, I have seen the commitment, resilience, and sacrifices made not only by those who serve but also by their families. The Army Benevolent Fund provides lifelong support to soldiers, veterans, and their loved ones when they need it most, offering practical help and financial assistance through difficult times.
Taking on the London Marathon will be a huge personal challenge but knowing that every mile can help support this incredible charity will keep me going. I also hope that through my findraising endeavours I will raise the profile of this important charity If you're able to donate, no matter how big or small, your generosity will make a real difference. A bit about The Army Beneveolent Fund: The ABF is the Army's national charity, supporting individuals and families as well as other leading charities to ensure help is there for soldiers, for life. Last year, they supported individuals aged from just 1 day old to 104 years old.
