I'm taking part in the Frontline Walk: Italy. It's a 90km trek over 3 days with approximately 1800 metres of climbing, finishing at Monte Cassino.
This will retrace the footsteps of soldiers on the way to the historic battleground.
I'll be doing this to commemorate the sacrifices and bravery these individuals made during the Battle of Monte Cassino, whilst supporting the soldiers and veterans of today via The Army Benevolent Fund, the National Charity of the British Army.
They support soldiers, veterans and their families when they need it most.
Coming from an Army family myself, I very much appreciate the sacrifices made by members of the Armed Forces and their families.
Please cheer me on by donating towards my target. I am grateful of any donation, no matter how small.
And thank you!
