I've created this page to make a difference in the lives of soldiers, veterans and their families.
I'm inspired by the work of the Army Benevolent Fund and wanted to support them by raising money as part of my participation in 2026 TCS London Marathon. The ABF is the Army's national charity, supporting individuals and families as well as other leading charities to ensure help is there for soldiers, for life. Last year, they supported individuals aged from just 1 day old to 104 years old. You can read more of their stories here.

Dear Anisa good luck on your expedition around London. Running the London Marathon is incredible, and your strength and determination inspire me. Anisa, listen… I don’t know who authorized you to be this iconic, but here we are. You’re running the London Marathon — THE London Marathon — and honestly my brain can’t process it. Like, while I’m over here struggling to walk up the stairs without needing a snack break, you’re out there voluntarily running 26.2 miles. That’s basically the distance to another dimension.And if that doesn’t work, pretend the pavement is made of free doughnuts and you’re simply on a delicious quest.You’re out there doing 26.2 miles like some kind of majestic caffeinated with a mission from the universe.
