I've created this page because I want to make a difference. I'm inspired by the work of The Army Benevolent Fund and wanted to support them by raising money as part of my participation in 2025 TCS London Marathon. 23 weeks to go
With 23 weeks til the big day , I’m over half way throughy half marathon pan . Getting a pb over 10k was a massive confidence boost . This weekend will be my longest run so far at 14k . Thanks you for all the support and donations, and if you still want to donate please do

So with 200 days to go Im on my second week of the half marathon plan which will finish the week before Christmas. Thank to those who have already donated to my page
One year apart
Why the London marathon
Why the London marathon , well back in January I started on slimming world to try and loose weight . Weighing in at 18 st 2 lbs. So over the next few months the weight was coming off . Then in April I was watching the marathon and thought I could do this , so I applied for a ballot spot but was unsuccessful. With the mind set of I’m doing this I chose the army benevolent fund as the charity I wanted to run for and been an ex serviceman it only felt right to run and raise money for them . So having just finished couch to 5k I’m now setting myself on 10k and slowly working my way up . If you want to follow my journey then you can find me on Strava .
