Liss’ Cardiff Half for The Army Benevolent Fund

I'm running the Cardiff Half Marathon in October for The Army Benevolent Fund a charity that provides lifetime support and grants to soldiers, veterans and their families, helping with everything from housing and mobility support to financial assistance in times of crisis. 

I’ll be starting at Sandhurst next year and this run is a great way to stay motivated with my training while also giving something back to the military community I’ll soon be a part of.

My goal for this run is to beat my time from the Paris half marathon by at least 17 minutes! 🤞
